If I sell land, how long will it take to get my money?
This depends on the nature of the transaction. In most cases the transaction can be completed in as little as one week. In some cases, I will need to go at the speed of the title company and it may take them about 30 days to finish the transaction.

What if I don't know much about the land?
That's usually ok. I use a combination of public record and records you provide to determine where the land is and whether or not the transaction will work.

Why are some details on my purchase agreement wrong?
I got information about your property from public records. Unfortunately, public records are often wrong or out of date. Sometimes I make a mistake and I do apologize. Please send corrections to me at offer@schaeferland.com
